Seaspray in administration but Coco's is 'business as usual'
THE owners of Coco's Seaspray at Zilzie have reassured customers it's business as usual despite Seaspray going into administration.
Gerard Foster yesterday told The Morning Bulletin leaseholders at Seaspray were contacted by liquidators three weeks ago.
He said they had heard nothing since then, but hoped for more information once the bank had appointed a real estate agent to sell the Seaspray complex and associated land.
"They haven't given us anything," Gerard said.
But, Gerard said customers didn't need to worry about Coco's or any of the other facilities at Seaspray.
"Basically just our landlords are going to change," he said.
"It's business as usual."
Gerard said he hoped things would be better for leaseholders once the property was sold.
"I imagine whoever buys it will put money into it... and it will be better," he said.
The Morning Bulletin left several phone messages for the operations manager of Seaspray, but were unable to get through to him.
