EAGLE BOYS: One local shop closes, another stays open
FOR Eagle Boy's Gracemere store it is business as usual but the Rockhampton store closed yesterday.
Their focus remains on maintaining business as usual and continuing with negotiations for a sale of the business.
The Rockhampton store is one of 13 company owned stores across Australia to close.
Eagle Boys Rockhampton said they would like to thank the local community and their team member's dedication and ongoing support over the past years.
The Administrators have received inquiries from a number of interested parties since their appointment on July 14 and are hopeful of a swift sale and growing the brand under new ownership.
Gracemere franchisee Theresa Booth said they were continuing to trade as normal and would like the community know they are still going strong.
"We are grateful to the community for getting behind us," she said.
