A SUPER start (and finish) to 2015 is all up to you
I THOUGHT 2014 was my year, but already 2015 is shaping up even better.
Can you say the same?
Many of you waking this morning are looking at making changes in your life.
A new health kick? Getting your finances in order? Detoxing your diet? Spring cleaning your cupboards? Looking for a new career or new relationship?
My tip for 2015 is to detox any part of your life holding you back.
Twelve months ago my life was vastly different.
On the surface things appeared okay, but I knew in my heart there were lots of changes to be made.
For a long time I hoped those changes would happen like magic, as many of us do.
The truth was I needed to make those changes myself.
That is exactly what I did. I made those changes, as hard as they were at the time.
But the most important thing I did was believe I was doing the right thing, and not look back with any regrets.
I'm often sad when I hear people talk with anger or bitterness about past relationships, even years down the track.
Sure, things didn't work out, and for many there have been terrible times behind closed doors, but there are always lessons to learn, as hard as they may be.
As they saying goes, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
There is no point holding on to hate…. because it might just cause you to miss out on the love.
Believe me, I know.
Because as I walked along my new life path just around the corner my Superman was waiting.
Without even planning it, and certainly not expecting it, my 2014 indeed became life-changing.
The year for me ended on a high note, spending the fading hours of 2014 with my Superman settling into our new home.
Not only that, we are spending the New Year planning our engagement party with a wedding next on the agenda.
I told you 2015 was looking great. If it is on your mind to make changes, no matter what they are, now is as good a time as any to start.
Happy New Year.
Happy New You.
