RAY WHITE Rockhampton have taken out top honours in the Rocky real estate game.

Two of their team members have ranked in the top three of the annual Rate My Agent Awards.

Ray White Principal David Bell took out number one real estate agent in Rockhampton while sales and marketing specialist Barbara Harris took the number three ranking, which they both say is an incredible achievement for the North Rockhampton based agency.

'RateMyAgent' is Australia's number one real estate ratings and statistics website, which provides recommendations, rankings and reviews for real estate agents in Australia.

It allows those wishing to buy and sell property to do so with confidence, knowing that they are dealing with an experienced agent who consistently delivers exceptional service and results.

Overall winner for Rockhampton, David Bell was also ranked number one by recommendation and sold properties, achieving top honours for property transactions in Norman Gardens, whilst Barbara Harris was ranked number three, also by recommendation and number of properties sold in the suburb of Frenchville.

"It's all well and good to have the runs on the board in terms of sales achievements, however at the end of the day, it really comes down to what your customers think,” David said.

"We (Ray White Rockhampton) are fortunate to have a highly professional team that are consistently ranked among Queensland's best performers, but again, that is due to repeat business and confidence that buyers and sellers have in their ability.”

Barbara shares David's sentiments, as she too believes that buyers' confidence that they are engaging the right real estate agent to do the job is paramount.

"A large volume of my buyers and sellers approach me through a referral or repeat business, which is hugely important to me,” Barbara said.

"When your customers believe in you and appreciate how hard you work at delivering the best outcome for them, that's what I am most proud of.”
